I rarely crave a pizza, but tonight I ordered delivery. Big Mamas had put a flyer in my door and I looked at their menu, it looked tasty!
I did an over the phone order.
Delivery took 45minutes.
Oh my god, the Margherita Pizza is to die for! I love it! Perfect blend of basil, tomatoes, garlic and olive oil.
Also an order of chicken fingers, cause I love me some fingers. Super delicious!
So happy!

It's unfortunate how horrible of customer service this place has, we ordered from here before & it was great but this second was so bad I had to post. My fiancé ordered us some food for when we got off work & when the delivery driver dropped it off he only had #1 which was the wings & drink but didn't have the #8 which is a CALZONE. When my fiancé asked them where my order was at the driver went back to his car & didn't come back for w while l, just to give him a box & say "we don't have your soda so I can give you a dollar" my fiancé told him no, just bring us an extra soda next time we order. Driver said okay. We come home later to eat & they gave me a pizza instead. I called them & they had me on hold a couple of times just to keep asking me what happened. Jade finally answers the phone just to ask me what happened, again... no solution for me until I told her I wanted my calzone. She asked me if the pizza was untouched...& told me they would deliver a calzone & my soda. Literally after 2 hours they delivered it & we said thank you. I'm eating it and half way through the cheese seems weird, maybe they use different cheeses for their calzones but i couldn't finish it because it tasted sweet. I truly hope they didn't not tamper with the ingredients of the calzones. I stopped eating the calzone & will post a video of how it looks on the inside, as I said it could be a different cheese but it's just weird of how sweet it is. Please stay away from this place !

I only found out about this place because if the advertisement that they placed under my hotel room door. When we went to this location, to get their $9 carry-out 16" pizza, we couldn't find it. It is inside the Free Zone bar, and they don't have any signs posted. But the pizza is legit.

This place has no ethics. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They also send people into private buildings in gated communities to illegally solicit residents with off-gassing marketing materials under people's doors. (The only restaurant that I've seen ever do this in such a building). Absolutely terrible

Not 100% Italian food. Manager is rude. Owner has no clue. All appitizers are frozen. Not a good plave. Flyer all the time over charge if delivered. Pizza is not good at all. They should be ashamed.
